Since all of our printers are amazon returns, demo units or otherwise used, all printer sales are final, unless otherwise posted on the product listing. All printers have a 90 day warranty on parts and we will supply any part that was defective or broken at the time the printer was delivered or which breaks in normal use during the first 90 days. Any part damaged by misuse by the user is not covered.
All of our parts and supplies are sold with a 30 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
In order to make a claim under the warranty you need to notify us of the issue by e mail to e3dpinc@gmail.com. We will contact you upon receipt of the notice to determine what, if any, parts need to be replaced. It will be necessary, in most cases, for you to be available for a video call and computer remoting session to properly diagnose issues. If you do not make yourself available upon reasonable notice, for a trouble shooting session you waive any rights you have under this warranty.
