Adimlab Gantry Volcano Hot End Assembly

Description

This Volcano Hot End is set up with an Adimlab Gantry throat and heat sink and a silicone sock to help heat retention.  It is a screw in replacement for the original hot end assembly, no modification of the machine necessary, although the print height needs to be adjusted for the volcano’s longer length.  Using this assembly, you can print with significantly larger layer lines and nozzle apertures, or you can use the standard 0.40mm nozzle aperture and print much faster since the larger melt chamber can supply melted plastic to the print at a higher rate.  Please chooses the nozzle size you want the assembly to come with.  You can buy additional nozzles with up to a 1.2mm aperture separately as well.

 *Please Note   As a gift we add a silicone sock to all of our volcano hot end orders. Our most recent supply of socks, as reported by one of our customers, exhibits some out gassing or smoking upon first use. We have tested them and replicated the problem. We have determined that the smoking stops after about 10 minutes and the process does not seem to damage the sock in anyway.
