Silicone A.C. Bed Heater Kit

Description

This kit includes an AC-powered silicone heating pad, a solid-state relay with heat sink, an AC power cord, a thermistor and the necessary wiring to install the kit onto either an Adimlab Original Gantry or an Adimlab Gantry Pro.  The pad has been specially designed to fit the unique pattern of the bed support bolts on these machines.  It is installed by peeling the protective sheet off the adhesive back, lining up the 4 mounting holes, and pressing the adhesive back against the back of the print bed.  Once installed, the bed will heat to 100°C in around 2 minutes.  In our tests, once a PID has been performed after the installation of the heating pad, bed temperature is maintained within one degree to either side of 105°C.  The bed reached 180°C in our test, before we turned it off.
