Metal Extruder Kit

Description

This is a drop in replacement for the original Gantry plastic extruder.  Utilizing all aluminum construction, it eliminates the possibility that the pressure arm will crack.  It also has a filament guide designed in below the spot that the gear and pressure roller meet, aiding in printing flexibles.  Due to a small difference in the shape of the bottom of the extruder body as compared to the OEM version, we also supply with the extruder a spacer block to be installed between the bottom of the extruder and the top of the cold block to completely constrain the filament path. Also included is a small throat to be screwed into the top of the pressure lever to guide filament on insertion.
