All of these will fit the Gantry S.  The OEM Passthrough style allows the Bowden tube to pass through and is necessary on the hot end side as the Bowden Tube needs to be pressed all the way down through the throat to butt against the nozzle.  On the extruder side, some people prefer the stopped style which allows the filament through but not the tube.  The Creality style, also a pass through connector, uses a different mechanism to grab the Bowden tube which more or less avoids the lock up of the tube in the connector.
